During holiday periods or high demand (Black Friday, Christmas, Back to School), times may extend by 1-2 business days.

Failed delivery
In case of absence, the courier will make a second free delivery attempt. After two attempts, the package will be deposited at the nearest sorting center. Always ensure your address and phone number are correct!
