Refund and Withdrawal Policy
Every purchase from Cartoleria De Gregorio is an act of trust. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you can return the products purchased within 14 days of delivery. We want your experience with us to be pleasant, safe, and transparent — this has been our promise since 1971.
Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code), you can exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving the package, without needing to specify a reason.
To initiate the return process:
- Contact us on WhatsApp at 338 488 9734, indicating the order number and the product to be returned.
- Attach a photo of the product and its packaging.
- Await confirmation and instructions, which you will receive within 24 hours.
Return conditions
- Product intact and unused
- Original packaging complete with labels and accessories
- No signs of use, opening, or damage
- Reshipment within 14 days of confirmation
Return shipment
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the package's safety.
Refund
- Issued using the same payment method as the original purchase
- Within 5-7 business days of verification of the returned product
- Alternatively, upon request: a voucher with no expiry date
Products excluded from return
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Products damaged due to buyer's fault
- Products without original packaging
Damaged or incorrect products
Received a damaged item or one different from what you ordered? Contact us within 48 hours of delivery, attaching photos of the product and packaging: we will immediately resolve the issue at no cost to you.
